With Choose Your Room, you have the opportunity to explore the hotel as if you were actually there and select the exact number and location of your room during your stay at Inmood San Roque. Do you prefer a quiet environment or would you like to be close to the pool or restaurant? You can choose the type of bed you like best by using our interactive module and applying feature filters to tailor your experience. Our reception team will be happy to process your request and assign you to the room you have chosen. Please note that for operational reasons, on some occasions we may not be able to offer you the selected room. In these cases, we will assign you a room with similar characteristics.
When can I use room number selection?
You have the possibility to use room selection from the moment you make your reservation until 7 days before your arrival.
What information do I need to provide in order to select my room number?
If you made your reservation through our website, you will only need the booking reference or reservation number.
If you booked through another sales channel (OTA, tour operator, travel agency, etc.), we will require additional information to show you available rooms. In this case, please provide:
- Sales channel
- Locator or reservation number
- Date of stay
- Number of people to be accommodated
- Type of room reserved
- Name
- Last name
- Email address
How much does it cost to choose my room number?
Prices vary depending on the features of each room. For example, rooms with better locations may cost slightly more than other rooms in the same category.
How do I make payment for choosing my room number?

What are the reservation conditions for my room number?
This service is on-demand, meaning that final confirmation of the room number will depend on actual availability at the time of your arrival. If we are successful in allocating the room you selected, you will be asked to pay the price indicated during the selection process, which will be confirmed by email.
What should I show when I arrive at the hotel to ensure my selection?
To ensure that you have all the necessary information upon arrival, we will send you an email with details about the status of your room selection request. If you do not receive this email, we advise you to contact the hotel directly to resolve any queries.
When can I check into the selected room on the day of my arrival and until what time can I stay in it on the day of my departure?
The check-in and check-out times for your room are the same as those indicated on our website (check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00). The room selection option does not modify these times.
If I upgrade my room type, will it be confirmed immediately?
Room upgrades require prior validation by the hotel. We will send you a confirmation email if your request is approved.
What happens if I change my stay dates?
If you decide to change the dates of your reservation, your previous room selection will be cancelled and you will need to make a new choice. There will be no additional cost for reselecting the room.
How can I find the room that best suits my preferences?
To make it easier for you to find the ideal room, you can use the feature filters. This will allow you to select from featured options such as bed type, room size and location. Clicking on the options will highlight the corresponding rooms and facades, making it easier to find the room you want.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my room selection?
If you wish to cancel or modify your selection, please contact us directly. We will then be able to remove your current selection and after that you will be able to choose the room you prefer again at no additional cost.
I would like to choose my room number, but the system cannot find my reservation.
Please make sure to check the booking number or locator, as well as the selected sales channel. Please note that the search is case sensitive. If you confirm that the information is correct but you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our hotel directly.
Why can't I choose today or tomorrow as my arrival date?
Unfortunately, due to operational reasons, it is necessary for you to make your room selection further in advance. This allows us to ensure that each guest has their desired room number.
How can I use the tool to select more than one room?
In case you have booked more than one room, we do not currently offer the option to select them through Choose Your Room. We suggest you contact Inmood San Roque directly if you need more information.
Why are there no rooms available?
There are several reasons why there may not be rooms available:
Possibility 1: The facade you are looking at may be fully booked for the selected dates. Please try choosing another facade of the hotel to check availability.
Option 2: All eligible rooms may already be booked. Please note that during periods of high occupancy, the hotel may reserve a certain number of rooms for operational reasons. For further information, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly.
Option 3: Please review the information provided. If you selected an incorrect room type or entered incorrect dates, there may not be any available options.
